Dr W. Adriaan Smit, who will discuss indoor/outdoor cultivation of Enoki, Nameko, Buna-shimeji, Shiitake, King Oyster, Tree Oyster, Phoenix Oyster, Golden Oyster, Pink Oyster, Straw Mushrooms and many other gourmet / medicinal mushrooms in detail, conducts the course personally
